About the Role
This role requires an experienced Technical Project Delivery professional with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud, and modern application platforms. The successful candidate will lead complex technology initiatives, bridging delivery execution and technical architecture across CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native environments, and backend services. The role demands hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure and integration projects, strong governance and delivery discipline, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure reliable, high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS), and backend service delivery
Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, including experience with server, network, data centre, and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of API management, event-driven architecture, observability tooling and modern deployment strategies.
Strong understanding of infrastructure design, architecture, and lifecycle management.
Experience in telecommunications, digital platform delivery, or large-scale integration programs is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
Strong familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and Office tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
Education and Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Agile, PMP, or DevOps certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred
8+ years of experience in project delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical project management, delivery lead or scrum master capacity.
